I began this business with my husband in 2002 when we were trying to find a profession that would bring in enough to pay for daycare for my first child. We wanted to build a business that provided a healthy work environment for our clients and our (then potential) employees. We also wanted to do as little harm to the environment as we could. The Green House Cleaning has been cleaning our home for about a year now. Sometimes cleaning companies begin to let little things slide after they have been with you for a while, but The Green House Cleaning Service has been consistently thorough. It is great to come home to a clean house. Our son has some respiratory problems so we wanted a cleaning service that uses non-toxic cleaning supplies. Our son has never had a reaction after a housecleaning, so I feel very comfortable with them. Our home is 1200 sq. ft. They clean (scrub) the bathroom and kitchen as well as dust, vacuum, and mop. (No carpeting, very little rugs.) I pick up things off the floor, counter, and table surfaces before they come. I pay $90 for cleaning every two weeks; it is worth every penny.
